Saya Wawan, tinggal di Probolinggo, sebuah kota di Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Berdekatan dengan Gunung Bromo dengan panorama yang khas dan eksotik serta masyarakat Tengger yang unik, Probolinggo merupakan daerah menarik. Dari sudut kecil inilah saya ingin berbagi informasi dan pengalaman dengan saudara. Oase Will Never Wait The Kafila

A big mistake of the organizers and managers of schooling education is, first, they are too glued to the normative concept of the rigid circumstances of governmental bureaucracy that would make an empty room for creativity of the principals and teachers. Development of innovative schools often hampered by the pattern-based supervision and administrative that is not progressive. Principal is responsible to structural bureaucracy on top of it rather than to society as a consumer or user who has to pay education costs. Teachers are tempted to teach the targeted pattern with the curriculum, teacher certification program eventually trapped in the trash dump formality. Be like the school where the warehouse stock of goods with the students as a target, without a twinge of scholarly tradition that is inherently dynamic life with the students and the spin on the issue of educational input and output problems. Meanwhile, private schools, which is actually more likely to hold education in more autonomous and creative, up to now was still going on difficult issues so that the funds are growing.
